Great place !
I stayed here last weekend for a mini getaway and the place is superb. Randy the manager and also Enrique were very nice and professional and service was excellent. They upgraded me to a Tufa suite which was nice and private. I’ve stayed at Au berge du soleil and meadowoods and solage and also carneros and this place is outstanding. Would definitely stay again!
Underwhelming
Nice property, great location. Just simply not worth the price. The service is a bit weird and distant. We came for our honeymoon and had zero recognition of that. Lastly, the cafe on location was very mediocre. Again great place, just not at all worth the price.
Top Notch Service
Stay at Bardessono for my 35th birthday! The staff service was immaculate! Matt (hotel concierge) was responsive, offered great suggestions and guided us through the hotel upon arrival. Cameron (FOM) defined luxury service. Juan (F&B) provided authentic hospitality, was one of the friendliest and courteous servers I've come across. This hotel pays attention to all the details. One morning an attendant was walking the grounds wiping off ash from all the ground light posts. Scott (valet) provided excellent service as we departed. This team is excellent and it starts with their GM, Alain. Thank you Bardessono team, we will be back!
Wedding Anniversary
General Room: Nice Room, good size,comfortable bedding, slept well Room Location - 403: No views of charming location where hotel is located. Technology: No power outlets in bedroom seating area if you’re working from hotel. Service: Good, very friendly - everything worked, lights, TV remote etc. COVID-19: A lot of guest moving around hotel common areas not wearing masks - I saw better designs of Covid 19 distance perimeter at other places in Napa - outdoor tables to close together, indoor bar area where guest can be with no masks is super spreader waiting to happen Price/ Value: Expensive - really more of a $500/night hotel - General issue in Napa market Overall Satisfaction: High
Magnificent!
We stayed at Bardessono for our 15th anniversary Labor Day weekend. Because of the fires/COVID there was lots of availability in Yountville so we carefully reviewed all the options. We chose Bardessono because of its walkable location, ground floor suites with their own private terraces, and the outdoor vibe (given COVID still going on). Management very graciously upgraded us to a Tufa suite which was really perfect, and had a nice bottle of sparkling wine there for our anniversary. In terms of the room, loved the private terrace and the outdoor shower. Everything in Yountville is very close, we walked to our dinner at Bouchon Bistro within 2-3 minutes. Breakfast at Lucy's was excellent, as was our late night drinks by the pool. Service overall was outstanding, including a nice recommendation by the concierge for a walk down a picture perfect country road. It was a short one-night visit , but really was a perfect visit.
