Hotel muy confortable en todo sus espacios , lo único ma es aire acondicionado , hace mucho ruido,fuera de esto todo sus servicios que necesite me gustaron como; café , servicio de planchado , pero si comentó que el Wifi es lento.

muy buena atención en español, se nos ofrecieron artículos de cortesía como agua, excelente atención para escoger el cuarto adecuado para nuestras necesidades, y hacer todo lo necesario para nuestra comodidad. a nuestro parecer es el segundo en atención de todos los hoteles holiday inn express de los que hemos visitado ya que el primero consideramos que es el de la ciudad de Tucson que se ubica por la calle Grant

Clean, great hot breakfast, very quiet in spite of room facing highway but the bed. The bed was too soft. I have a bad back and This is the 4th IHG hotel Ive stayed at that has a soft non-backsupporting matress. I may have to abandon iHG credit card membership. IHG please get some firm mattresses for us customers with bulging disk, stenosis ... back pain ... 😢 (Next stop El Paso IHG) 😏 Last peeve:. I haven't seen a ventilation system in bathroom in the IHG hotels. Why IHG? Who likes a stuffy bathroom???

This is a very nice hotel, quite new and clean. Was a little difficult finding the actual road leading to the hotel in the evening due to the lack of entrance signage on the road. Made a mistake and turned left too soon and it took me back on the I-8 freeway, so I had to double back. The room was very nice, but the guest or guests in the room above were running around in the room and with the floors not as sound proof as some places it was very annoying. The running around stopped after an hour and a half, could've been kids, but who knows.

This is a wonderfully new and lovely location. The rates are good as well. You have to drive to get to a restaurant but only about 10 min. It's right off the highway and a quick drive to MCAS Yuma. Maid service was great as well. Will stay again.
