Beautiful Rooms
The first thing to say is this is an amazing location. Our taxi dropped us off just a few minutes walk into the old town and the property door. There is no reception so you need to advise your arrival time for someone to meet you there. Directions are clear. The room is beautifully appointed. High quality linen and bedding and the bed is very comfortable. It’s not a huge room but let’s face it, your hardly in there. The room is on a main thoroughfare but noise was not an issue. Very secure entrance to the rooms. You enter from the street, up the stairs and then have to enter a code to get into the hallway to the rooms. As mention this is an amazing location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by and lots of shops to browse if you are so inclined. Everything you want to see is within walking distance including the river area. Great value for money.

The best location in the old town , within short walking distance to the sea, restaurants museums shops etc, very friendly staff, decor amazing, Occitane toiletries, coffee machine with lovely coffee, fridge and safe in room. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Highly recommended and would definitely return.
Hidden gem
These rooms are in a great location. They are beautifully appointed and great value.. L’occitane amenities were a very nice touch. The beds and pillows were super comfy! The owner gave me great suggestions for car parking too.
Stylish small apartments in heart of old town Zadar
We stayed one night in this very small but comfortable room in Zadar old town. It was located on one of the main streets, but was very quiet. The property had quality linens and lovely L'Occitane bathroom toiletries. Excellent value for money.
Beautiful room in Zadar
We stayed in room 12 on 4th floor (street facing), the room was 5* quality fixtures and fittings, high ceilings and traditional old building right in the centre of town close to everything. We liked it so much we booked the exact same room for the last night of our holiday before our flight out of Zadar and even had a deal with breakfast included. Make sure to read your check in email for arrival instructions. This place is a gem! We will definitely stay here again!
