We visited this beautiful area for the 1st time last weekend and had a fantastic time there. We stayed at this beautiful hotel Aithrio, a small but beautiful hotel, in the middle of Dilofo. The hotel has only 5 rooms and we stayed at the superior double room. You will feel the hospitality of the people everyday and everywhere you will go. I highly recommend this hotel to all who will visit the area and enjoy the nature. It is wise to reserve early.
a small place with a big heart!

This is a small lodge that really took over a warm space in my travelling heart. Mrs Olga – your-super-lady-for-all-the-work – does everything with passion, zeal, honesty and finesse. Polite, discreet and helpful. This place hosts 5 rooms and serves breakfast only. There is a small layout with daily bakes to die for. It’s a small variety of homemade goodies that change every day. Eggs upon request, wonderful coffee. The rooms are impeccable. Mattress and pillows are super. The bathrooms are nicely stocked with all toiletries and bathroom linen are of a nice quality. Room temperature is just right and its really love at first sight! A worth must. Thank you Olga!
Brilliant stay, wish it had been longer

Dilofo is a lovely traditional village anyway - a little hard to get a roller suitcase down the cobbled streets but this is part of the magic. Cars need to be left outside the village entrance. The hotel is small, an old house so only hosts approx. 5-6 rooms. Lovely decor which weds old and new - brilliant infrastructure and amenities (hydromassage shower, Nespresso machine etc). Olga who runs the place is very professional, hospitable and friendly. She gave us great tips on what to do and see in the wider area. There is a great variety at breakfast and of good quality. The place was so quiet, it was the first time in the area that I had managed to relax and sleep so well - it felt like home away from home and would love to come back!
Awesome residence, unique hospitality!
