Very nice hotel with excellent service

We were the only guests so we received very personal service. The breakfast was great with excellent variety. Giannis, the owner's brother, took great care of us. He actively helped us arrange PCR tests in Ioannina before our return home. The location is at the eastern end of the Vikos Gorge area so there was 3/4 of an hours drive to the attractions at the far end. The only restaurant in the village is a short walk away.
Everything was lovely

We went for the first time in the area with some friends and a kid of 6 years old. Our stay was great and we would love to return to the same hotel for our next trip to Zagorohoria. Melina Boutique Hotel is a nice family bed & breakfast with an excellent location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious and clean. The common area was cosy and the breakfast was mord than satisfying. We are definitely recommending it to our friends. Thank you Melina!
Lovely B&B with friendly & caring owners

I wouldn't call the place a hotel, but rather a B&B. I personally don't like impersonal hotels much, so it is in their favour! Nice medium size bedroom with a seating area. Comfortable bed, but on the hard side. Small bathroom with soap, shower gel, shampoo and body cream. Quiet bedroom. Nice breakfast with a tasty omelette made to order and homemade pancake, cakes, fruit salad, etc. OK filter coffee. Attractive furnishings on the arty side (musical instruments on the walls on the breakfast room, Persian carpets, rural furniture). The only restaurant in town closed down, but the owners gave us a list of a few restaurants from 15 to 30 minutes’ drive away, which all served excellent food.
My expiriance with melina boutique hotel

The only good thing I can tell about this place is that one of the owners is a nice guy. We got a small room a floor below the "Lobby" ,no elevator, but narrow steps. The next morning I left the towels on the floor, in order for them to change them. When we came back We realized that the towels were hanging but not changed. I had to go upstairs and ask them to change the towels. Their clame was that "no hotel changs towels every day..." Since we got only one toalet paper roll, I asked for another one...did not get it. Needles to say that the next day did not get more shower gel or shampoo. To get hot water you have to run the water for 7 min before it gets warm and the stream is very poor. No restaurants nor minimarkets are available in this vilage and if you want to go to another vilage take in account that you will have to drive on a dark narrow and curved road with no security boundries.
Excellent! Feel so welcomed.:)

I happen to have some issues with subsequent hotel bookings and Melina, the host, is really helpful. The hotel ambience itself is like a home, cozy and warm. Delicious breakfast perks up our day. Will definitely recommend friends to stay here...Christmas decorations are being put up by Melina, transforming the place into a fairy-lights home.
