I don’t even know how to begin. The bathroom is something horrible, you can’t open the door and enter at the same time. It smells horrible and the water is very salty. The worst part of it all may be the bed. It’s impossible to have a good night’s rest without breaking your back. The rooms are really old, outdated, and the smell is unpleasant. Breakfast is dull and the same everyday. And now ladies and gentlemen, the worst of all: the noises. Water running and splashing, pipes almost exploding (hell of a noise) people having sex, cleaning staff smashing and breaking, you can hear absolutely anything and can’t sleep even if you are in a coma. The sounds make it impossible. The location is great but I can’t find another advantage. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 2 stars would be too much, sorry.

We came for 3 day and had excellent service.the staff was great, the hotel is very clean and in great location. Breakfast was great. And we got good service. Only one thing to get better air condition stronger!

Everything was wow! We are very satisfied! For sure if we will go back in Zakynthos we will stay there! The stuff was very kind and very efficient! We had 7 night stay to enjoy this hotel and we were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes and the dinner as well. The hotel is quiet, and is situated in the middle of the town near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The view is spectacular, is the only hotel in the town with such a view! ❤️

Location is excellent although parking on the street for the car can be a bit tedious at times. rooms are pretty standard, all with balcony and air con but for example no kettle in the room and shower is pretty small. bath robe and slippers are also provided which is a nice touch. Breakfast has good selection but would be good to have fresh fruit, selection of yogurts and espresso. Also, it would help to have some sort of curtain in the breakfast room so as not to have some tables that are extremely hot in the morning. Pool is rather small and pool bar very expensive. breakfast staff are really friendly and helpful. It was handy that we could leave our luggage and then take a shower with towels, shampoo and bodywash provided before going to the airport.

Stayed at the Strada Marina from the 13-20 August. It’s situated right on the harbour front in Zante town. The views from both our room and the rooftop bar are amazing. We were originally in a room on the side of the hotel, which was fine, but decided to upgrade our room to the front of hotel room 415. Rooms were exceptionally clean and maintained every day. Air con included in the price as was the use of a small fridge. Free WiFi also. The swimming pool is situated on the top of the hotel along with the rooftop bar/restaurant. A small pool but adequate, sun beds and umbrellas provided. Again very clean and well looked after. The rooftop bar was excellent, lots of space with sweeping views of the harbour. The lady “rula who served in the day was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! A lovely lady. Breakfast was plentiful & had adapted to the rules due to the pandemic very well. Organised very well and professionally. The young guys who were serving at breakfast were excellent. The reception team also brilliant. Very approachable and polite. Especially “Elena” extremely helpful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here at the Strada marina and would definitely return. A beautiful hotel with beautiful people.
