For the apartment is not bad. But the ski resort will have to travel by bus. I advise this hotel for those who ski or snowboard and do not want to spend much money, and at this want to live in good conditions.

Location is very good with just 5 minute walk from the main street but you stay in a quite side of Zakopane. Very nice and good qualified staff. Ppl in the reception were very helpful. Hotel with a pool, gym and place for the kids. I would like always stay in this king of hotel. Rooms are nice, clean with all facilites that I needed. Very good breakfast.

The room was clean and simple, but there was no lift to the second floor. The reception staff did help my friend carry her bag up the four flights of stairs. There was soap provided but no shampoo, etc. No tissues. There was a jug and a few glass mugs but nothing else. Breakfast was served at 8am and when we were leaving early they allowed us in at 7.30am before our taxi at 8am. Although there is a restaurant, you need to let them know in the morning if you are going to dine. We walked down the street for a meal as it was not very far and there was quite a variety. The walls were thin and there was partying heard outside until late but with ear plugs it was OK. The reception staff could speak English and were very pleasant. It was what we needed as we were not staying in our room except to sleep.
Not worth the money

We were on a family holiday here. Location is good with just 7 minute walk from the main street. The room was quiet, but very old. I had been in this hotel eight years earlier but nothing was changed. Hotel has a bar downstairs and a swimming pool. But the rest is not worth the money You have to pay. Rooms are quite big but the furniture is very old. The breakfast was enough, but again not worth the money. The place has potential, but needs a lot of work...
