We spent 3 days on hg resort hotel, the location is convinient since it is very close to the famous galerias plaza mall, another perk is a that a big pharmacy is located just around the corner, we recommend this hotel since the rate is also pretty affordable !
Nice little hotel in busy zapopan
Staff is very friendly and helpful, room are very clean, hotel is within walking distance to major retail outlets. Located on a busy avenue, the restaurant was being renovated and only a very limited breakfast buffet was being offered.
Business trip
This is nice place if you are just going to sleep there. Overall the rooms are clean. As this place is mostly to just to spend the night, there are no amenities, however, breakfast is good. I can't say much of the staff since I didn't interact with them
Good, Clean Hotel
This is a basic hotel. Staff is friendly and always available to help you. Check in was ok and the room they gave me was spacious and well maintained. At the time we stayed they were making renovations on the restaurant so it was served on a tent outside in the back. It was cold even considering the heaters installed. The price was very reasonable and we stayed there because of the proximity to the swimming center where we were attending a meet. Not the best hotel but good enough and well located.
Hella Good Hotel
My stay there was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was great and always did an outstanding job. We had a maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I can nit wait to stay there again!!!
