Awesome vacations
My husband and I stayed 6 nights at La Villa Luz , the boutique hotel is gorgeous with the best Ocean view, private balcony where we enjoyed every sunset with a cup of wine, you’re five minutes walk to La ropa beach ,where you can find lots of good restaurants , we tried different but our favorite was El Manglar , excellent food and service . Every morning you wake up with waves sounds and singing birds . The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Beds are very comfortable and lots of hot water in shower. The relaxing Pool and whole property Is surrounded with trees , plants and palms feel like a jungle. Tania is a great host, even gave us some tips on where to go and tours services. I look forward to staying here again very soon , stopped looking this is the best place 100% RECOMMENDED.!
Retirees Honeymoon
We started our honeymoon with a one month stay at La Villa Luz. It was a wonderful, relaxing time. We can't say enough about the impeccable service we received from Ania and her staff. The location was great too, less than 5 minutes walk to Playa La Ropa, the best beach in Zihuatanejo. When we return, we would not think of staying anywhere else.
Social Distance in Zihua!
Ania and staff are great! Safe, clean and perfect location for playa. Beautifully architectural boutique hotel. La Villa Luz looks and feels like a much higher end but cost significantly less. Breakfast is simple, fresh (banana bread made by Ania, juice, fruit) and delicious!! One of the best values in all our travels. Top floor palapa suite feels like a tree house (reminiscent of Azulik Tulum, not exactly but way significantly less). Again, mucho gracias Ania :)
Fabulous
Just the one night (New Years Eve) but so very memorable.We managed to book room #1 (penthouse!) which offered stunning views,a king size bed and a sizeable bathroom.The dining and pool areas are a lovely setting also.Hotel staff couldn't be more accommodating.I certainly won't hesitate booking again,hopefully in the near future.
Cute little spot
This is indeed a cute little tree house that is close to everything- especially the beaches. the rooms are very close together, so if you are a light sleeper, the noise of your neighbors might be disruptive. The one thing that is not mentioned is the stairs going down to the pool and up to the breakfast area. The stairs are very steep (think submarine style staircase) if you have any issues with your knees or back- this resort is not the place for you. Anja was an excellent communicator and the accommodations, food and plunge pool were very nice. This resort was not for us though.
