really low key
beds which are so soft that you sink in. no wifi code in our room( fortunately our neighbor helped out), info on key only on back door,but not on front door, no light in first floor ...summing this up it felt like a än eacape room...go there for the experience
it may be worth when price is below 80 chf
Price for the room changes a lot based on the period and the available rooms. The walls and floor are old and ruined, if you are at the last floor temperature in summer is too hot. There is no reception, so if you have an issue during the night, like the next room keeping the music on all night, you can choose only between a fight and calling the police. The position is very good. There are better Swiss Star apartments around, but also worse. Again, if price is below 80 chf it is ok, considering the area, but from 80 chf and above you have better options (like adding some few CHF for a normal hotel and sleep in a decent room).
Garbage, just don't
I had to reserve another hotel last hour because I couldn't check in to my room. No reception, nobody to help, nobody answers the phone. GARBAGE! Now they don't even want to refund my not used reservation. Don't fall for this trap
Horrible Experience
no check in assistance, for name sake its an apartment rooms are very small if you come before 2 pm or after 2 pm you are clue less what to do for check in no fan, no ac, no ventilation no cleaning of rooms for all 3 days no change of toiletries and towel Overall horrible experience
Dirty - Not Worth It
Clean Bed, Zurich Public Transportation very close by. Migros, Coop Supermarket, Restaurants and Coffee shops just around the corner. I got Room BA21 on the second floor. Room just next to the elevator (lift) - Very Small Single room only 10m2 - Cleaner only cleaned basically, (Bathroom, and Changed Bed Sheets, And Towels). - All the rest not cleaned at all, Anything you touch had fingerprints and other glued items on it. - Door Handed Stained. - Drawers in the room and in the bathroom dirty. - Bath Room Closet With Stains. - Fridge Door Dirty. - Dust all around bed. (I guess also under the bed). - Lighting not working. - Doors and Walls Stained. - Only half window with Venetians Store, unable to get a dark room, plus you are visible to the outsiders. - You hear everyone using the lift. - I guess for all those giving reasons all their rooms are no refundable, once their got your money, and you are inside, There’s no way out unless you rent (And Pay) a room somewhere else. - Please see enclosed pics from BA21
