Terrible communication, reception staff not helpful
I didn't even manage to stay here, because reception messed up information about two bookings. One was canceled, but I am waiting for the refund until today. Every attempt to get hold of the Gerneral Manager failed. The commucication with the staff was useless. I will also cancel my remaining reservation. Nobody needs a hotel like this!
Inhuman and Insensitive
We had booked 2 rooms for may 4th for 3 nights and as the world knows that all borders are sealed and we have been sending emails since 40 days to the hotel requesting two things 1. either if they can refund us 2. if not atleast give a furture credit to use and in a abseulte shock and suprising reply from this hotel is sorry sorry sorry we cant do any of the above is this the way the hosoitality of swizterland as a destibation is is this the way the mercure brand behaves is this the way the mercure brand takes care of its guest ina pandemic well if it is then god save mercure and this hotel abselutly aghast and sorry for this hotel low mindset
A Happy New Year
Stayed for 4 nights for the new year. The Hotel is clean and reception staff helpful. Although the hotel is some distance from the main tourist sites it is located on two tram routes. Therefore this did not have a negative impact on the visit. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Good Stay - Friendly
Check in was good and reception has recognised and provided benefits as Platinum member. Rooms were ok, not sure, if they have upgraded or not. Anyway, It doesn't matter. Our stay was good, the restaurant Stroller provided good food and services. Front desk was very helpful. Thank you.
Perfect Stay for a business trip
This is the second time I stay in this hotel while on Business and always enjoy it. Never have to wait, Room is perfect in size, very clean, All commodities work, very nice staff, very helpful, very close to several stores, centrally situated - 2 steps away from public transport of different kinds. I will be back next quarter. thanks Lore
