Cancelled my booking

The hotel confirmed my booking then cancelled it when I arrived in Ghana from the airport, saying they had overbooked. They offered no solutions or alternatives. As I sat in reception listening to many more frustrated holiday goers who had succumbed to the same fate. I overheard a guest complaining about a flood in her room.

Liked · Very friendly staff, always ready to help. great location! Disliked · There was no one to get us at the airport despite constant communication with the hotel on our flight and time of arrival. We also had to wait a long time for the apartments to be ready, but we were fed breakfast while we waited.

Aged, health and safety violations apparent, dated needs total revamp. needs refurbishing, Construction work ongoing , management needs to act fast. Pictures on websites are probably the ones taken when the facility was new

We booked a 3 night stay for a family of 5 2 weeks prior to arriving. The morning of check in I rang ahead to check everything was ready, I was told yes come down now. We arrived and there was no room for us. Me my wife, 2 teenagers and 2 year old just told they had over booked and couldn't suggest or offer any alternative. We spoke with many other people around reception who had the same problem.

Bit of a death trap with the wiring, doors dont lock. Staff not that friendly. You can do better for the price in the same area. Poll is inside and very rundown. We were lucky we only booked one night so we were able to find a better place the next night.
