Very frustrating! I recommend supporting a different business.

We were unable to travel to Greece from the United States due to a travel ban. Unfortunately the management was not willing to offer any kind of refund or even a voucher to us. We booked before COVID-19 and were very much looking forward to our trip, to celebrate our anniversary, but we now literally cannot enter the country. My wife works with COVID-19 patients at a hospital in New York City, and I hoped at least that might lend us some empathy, even for a partial refund, so we could celebrate our anniversary elsewhere. I thought the exceptional circumstance would merit some kind of refund, but the management was firm and unwilling. I would recommend supporting a different business, with more understanding management.
DO NOT STAY HERE - had to leave.

I will start by saying they provided a ride from the port, which was nice. The driver was quite salty and clearly hated that Naxos has become quite a tourist trap, but I don't disagree. The hotel itself looks nice for the money, and it has a kitchen which is why we booked it in the first place. We noticed right away that the beds were terrible. Not just hard as is common in Greece, but also seemed to have springs poking out. Quite literally the worst bed I have ever laid on. Had we stayed I would have slept on the cot. There was an overwhelming unpleasant fragrence in the room which we traced to a plug in air freshener. Once removed the reason became obvious. Mold. Not a little bit of mold. The airborne kind that has been covered up in the walls by layer upon layer of paint. Within 30 minutes (even with the doors and windows open) I had a terrible migraine and was sneezing continuously. Even my much less sensitive husband was feeling unwell. We asked if another room was available, but no such luck. We ended up booking the only other available room in town as it was during the busy season which was lovely (Virtu nextdoor) but VERY EXPENSIVE. We asked the receptionist if there was any way to get a refund for one of the nights we had paid for since we spent a grand total of an hour in our room. The manager wouldn't even take her call and said no refunds. I told her the room was moldy and made me sick. She showed me messages on her phone regarding mold found in other rooms to clarify what I was saying, so obviousy this is a known issue. So once again I say - DON'T STAY HERE!! We were in room 4. We travel quite a bit and I have never had to leave a hotel after paying. I have NEVER been unable to speak to a manager, and I have never felt compelled to leave this type of review. We were saved by the Iria Art hotel in Agio Anna for our second night. They are absolutely amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Give them your business instead.

This place is the best we stayed in the Greek islands. Fantastic location on a lovely beach, near to restaurants, bars etc. Friendly laid back service and free shuttle to ferry port. Clean comfortable and stylish with a jacuzzi too ! Quiet at night. Perfect

Very nice and clean rooms with a great location literally right in front of the agios prokopios beach. Staff was very kind and helpful, and easily arranged pick up from the port to the hotel with transfer back to the port after check out. Restaurant that was part of the hotel was very good with many options. Would defiantly stay there again 100%.
Great spot on the beach at Agios Prokopios

Stayed here July 11-13 Great little villa although a bit tight for 2 aduts and 2 kids. Impeccably clean and modern in a Greek Island decor. Located on the beach and near shops and restos. A great place to stay while in Naxos Helpful front desk lady with great advice!
