Remote, remote, remote and mind the extra costs

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The Website shows the Hotel in a glorious light and at it’s Peak. We were „upgraded“ to a suite which was kind, but given how empty the hotel was it wasn’t a huge stretch. This hotel does have some lovely views from the rooms and terraces which enrapture day and night, however it is in the middle of nowhere, I cannot stress enough that there is nothing and it’s not even feasible to walk as you are way off and down a precarious dirt road. To go anywhere you can make arrangements with reception to transfer to parikia or aliki (20 euros one way)but everything at a cost, they will give a preferred taxi company to return but at 25 euros, this calculates to 45 euros just to leave the resort. It’s unbelievable! Speaking to other travellers that stayed outside of Parikia their hotel offered 3x a day a shuttle Transfer into town, i was so envious! To remain on the property there is the restaurant for dinner which is expensive and with a limited unchanging menu, that honestly was very good, we paid an outrageous 81 euros for a pretty bland meal. There was little effort made in meal preparation or presentation, we felt as they had just given up at this tail end of the season as we kept being told how empty the property was and they were closing up a couple of weeks for the winter. If you look closely beyond the view and are an extensive traveller you will see that this is not exactly a 5 star, breakfast is very limited and definitely not fresh, repurposed daily, and coffee isn’t fresh or served it is from an automated self serve machine! Tiles are cracked and chipped, trim is overpainted and paint splatter, showers are plastic cubicles. It’s the small details. Also if you come in September the staff is exhausted and worn out from the long summer so enthusiasm or attention is not forthcoming. The only bright spot is a newer employee, Kostas who was very personable and friendly and helped when front reception did not. Greece is an amazing beautiful place which we will revisit, however I cannot in good faith recommend this property

For a true and amazing Aegean experience, Archipelagos is the place to go in Paros! Premier quality (hotel facilities, views and rooms are amazing) and service is elite! Mr. Kostas truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional and very kind- Kostas provided us with excellent recommendations and truly shared with us the authentic Greek experience. Make sure to meet Kostas when you visit! 10/10!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

A perfect end to our amazing trip to beautiful Greece. We spent our last few days on this beautiful island and gorgeous resort. The staff, the rooms, the pool, the views, the breakfast were all five star plus. The staff went above and beyond to make our short stay what is was. If it weren't for their recommendations and reservations we would have been lost. Kristina is amazing! Walk to the local beaches, go into town for dinner or take the ferry over to Antiparos. All so beautiful and relaxing. It's a much slower pace and the resort is off the beaten path, but exactly what you want to decompress and relax. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return.

Great experience

My husband and I spend 4 nights here as part of our honeymoon and it was a nice experience! It was quiet and clean. The pool was great, and the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff was accommodating and professional and helped us confirm activities we set up as well as set up transportation.

Wonderfully friendly staff

All of the staff we met were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool area is a great place to spend a hot afternoon - good mix of sunshine and shade. The restaurant serves great food - highlights were the marinated anchovies, the shrimps in tomato sauce, and the fava beans. And the sunset views out towards Antiparos and the ‘Gates of Paros’ rocks were beautiful.
