Pro: good location Cons: very noisy neighborhood, old building with a few apartments they manage, cheap breakfast for a quite high price, no mineral water, no slippers, no bathrobes. It is not an hotel, it is airbnb.

This is a special find - a large apartment in a small hotel in a townhouse just 3 minutes walk to the main street Mirabeau and La Rotonde main square. The beautifully appointed apartment is a must if you can secure it Large living room, with original fresco ceiling, good shower, large bath, two toilets overlooking the beautiful little square, Marguerite and Anthony are, as all have stated, perfect hosts. Your car will be parked for you, and you will enjoy a lovely little breakfast in the main living room of the "hotel". Best and closest room to the action in Aiz!!!!
Beautiful small hotel,warm and intimate.Ideally situated in the center of Aix.
We had delicious breakfasts in the dining area, and afternoon tea in the quiet backyard garden, which offered respite from our exploration of the city. Anthony and Marguerita made us feel at home throughout our stay.
Phenomenal Stay!! 👌
Marghareta and Anthony have been phenomenal hosts. My wife and I had the large suite on the third floor and it was perfect for us. The garden is very beautiful. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when is Aix-en-Provence!!
A Real Gem
Stayed here for the nights to watch the French Grand Prix. This is one of those hotels you love to find. Anthony and Marguerita were perfect kind and gracious hosts. My room on the second floor had a great bed, a very well equipped bathroom up some stairs and up a few more stairs access to a wonderful private terrace. The breakfast was fantastic with abundant pasties, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Added to the perfect location I will return with my wife next time!
