El servicio por parte del personal fue exelente. El hotel es muy limpio y las habitaciones sumemente comodas. Total,enmte recomedado. El cuarto esta equipado con cocineta e incluye utensdilios basicos, lo cual es de mucha ayuda cuando uno viaja con familia

Last weekend we booked two nights in this hotel. After my husband and I went to bed midnight I felt something was not right. I thought it was the uncomfortable pillow in the beginning. Then I realised that I was itchy here and there all the time. I asked my husband and he felt the same. It was 1:30 in the morning, I knew it had to be the bed bugs. I felt so disgusted, I got up, took a shower and decided to sit in the living room for the night. Since I knew this room is the last one when we booked it, so I did not bother went to the front desk to ask for another room.
In the morning we told to the front desk the story and the person told us they'll have to wait for the manager to decide what to do. He started working at 3:00 in the afternoon. Anyway, we decided to leave, cutting our vacation short. But this is only the beginning.
When we got home we still felt the stingy itchy. I knew we had brought them home! I was so stressed that I didn't want these bugs in my home, and I worried that I could never get rid of them. I frenetically search on the internet for how to remove the bed bugs... I washed and tumble dry all contents in both our suit cases, wiped all surfaces not washable with alcohol (which does not kill the eggs). But I have clothing cannot be washed or tumble dry. I did more researches to find ways to process these clothing. I had to buy natural products to treat them. I then realized that things in my rooms are most likely infected. I again tumble dried everything can be done so. Sprayed all others with natural products. In the 5 days after we got the bugs, I had to constantly and systematically running up and down the stairs spray all my chairs, couches carpets for hours and hours!!
The manager actually never called us! It was us who called him to find out what he is going to do (he said he'll investigate and call us to let us know the result). Then when the time passed the time he promised to call, I called, he admitted that the pest control he hired did find BED BUGS!!! He did not charge us for the night we stayed / infected and bitten by the bed bugs, and that is all. I would NEVER go back to any of this chain hotel any more! Right now not any hotel is safe to me. Extremely disappointing......
Nice suites hotel but the water noise...oh my!

So we had initially booked this hotel for 8 nights while our home was being shown and sold. Check in was a breeze and we were given a room on the 2nd floor. King bed suite with user friendly kitchen etc.
Everything was nice and clean and well maintained. Bed was comfy and we had requested extra pillows which were in place when we got to the room.
Our only complaint is the amount of water noise from the pipes that seemed to be running over head of the bedroom or through the walls behind the bed. Our room was the first one in the hallway past the vending machines and maybe there was a mechanical room behind there. But we heard water flushing down the pipes every 15 minutes or so or at least when somebody was in the rooms above. It seriously sounded like a mini waterfall and it was very clear. My wife even thinks she heard someone actually using the toilet! Haven't experienced this in any other hotel and we are pretty much loyal Hilton supporters. Either poor sound proofing or the pipes are in the wrong location. Other hotels I have heard the faint sound of showers running etc..or even hot tubs grumbling. But this made me want to pee every time I heard it. It was especially noticeable early in the morning when whoever was above us got up early to shower and leave etc.
Anyway, I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out 3 days early (checked out because house sold rather than the noise).
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful though (not with this water issue unfortunately!). Breakfast provided every morning and it wasn't to bad.
Hotel is nice and clean and following all covid protocols. We booked the swimming pool one night but it was a bit chilly so only lasted 10 minutes.
You can go over the road to the Hilton Garden Inn to use their restaurant if needed and I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite to the 401 Highway as it will be a lot quieter.
Great staff but the Niagara waterfalls room was a bit of a letdown!

Used the two bedroom suite for several days. Hotel and rooms were clean and set up well with plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice to have when in a hurry. One draw back was not enough lighting in bathroom and showers.
More like a super 8

Don’t expect Hilton quality. It seem they may be cutting corners on the quality standards throughout Hilton properties.
If you can - stay at the garden inn across the street. Pillows are yellowy and damp- rooms smells like bleach. Dishes are dirty. Couch looks old and filthy . Needs a temp already.
Tons of Tesla chargers available though.
