Excellent Location and Service
Excellent Location and Service once we arrived at the lobby the staffs provided hot cookies for each one then special thanks to Mr. Abdulaziz who arranged amazing suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big sitting area plus food table for 4 persons My family was happy Breakfast was nice with huge varieties Location so closed to Mall of Dahran walking distance
Stay Away !
Staying here ? This is the worst option you can take. I've never seen such a rude and impolite management and to be specific his name is (Ahmed). Beside the rude attitude they were trying to charge me the payment twice ! thankfully I called Agoda and they advised me that the hotel already received the payment and I should never pay anything again. I already raise a complain to ministry if tourism and I'm sure they will take the needed action.

I have had numerous stays at Hilton Honors mostly in Istanbul for business trips. The last one was in Khobar, KSA. I felt the same welcoming and friendly environment from the staff. Highly recommended especailly for business people.
