Stayed one night on way to PCB. Outside hotel looks clean and well kept. Inside different story. Wife was walking bare footed and noticed her feet as she got into bed. Washed feet with wash rag, it was black with dirt. I got into king bed and almost fell onto the floor. Mattress was off bed by 6 inches. Checked other side found bed frame sticking out of box springs. see pictures.

Filthy rooms!!

There was a dead mosquitoes smashed on the wall by the door. There were cigarette burns and both bedsheets. Stains on both bedsheets. Also found pubic hairs on one bed. There were white creamy stains on the bottom of the refrigerator. The room had a very foul odor. We had been evacuated from Florida had been driving for a very long time and was very tired and no other rooms were to be had or we would not have stayed. When complaining to the clerk at the desk her response was “well you booked on Priceline”. I informed her that that was not a reason to have any hotel room and such a shape as we found it. If you care about hygiene at all I would not stay at this establishment!!!

I wished I checked the reviews before I checked in.

False advertising, no hot breakfast. I won't call it breakfast. The waffle mix was sour. I had to ask the front desk to throw it out so no one would get sick. I had a muffin and instant oatmeal. No eggs or meat. Housekeeping never cleaned our room the 3 days we stayed. They only brought clean towels and wash clothes. The hotel is old and everything thing needs to be replaced. Our friends were upset that we picked a dump.

Hotel owner Hostile, Rude and No compassion

I am disabled (seizure disorder and walking issues) with a service dog and 5 month old infant. I was registered in a handicap accessible room on the 1st floor and also need the bars in the shower due to my disabilities. When owner got on to her night shift and seen I had my service dog, she freaked out stating that pets weren't allowed in handicapped rooms and that I'd have to move to a room on the second floor. I explained my health issues and showed all necessary paperwork for myself and my service dog. She stated she did not care about my health issues. I told her I cant do stairs with an infant and Service Dog, that I could seizure and fall which is why I need a handicap room and 1st floor. She said if I cant move to 2nd floor then I can no longer stay at her hotel and for me to go to Days Inn across the street and that my problems aren't her problems. I broke down and cried. I've never been treated so poorly by anyone. That was the last night I stood there and I'd never go back.
