Pleasant, one-night stay on my road trip to the gulf coast. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff, friendly and cordial. They were masked and following Covid protocols. Hand sanitizer was placed near elevators. Breakfast area neat and clean. Food options are back to pre-Covid, self serve. Cheese omelette and (real)bacon were my protein choices for the morning. No complaints! If I have to give an FYI on anything, I’d say that the bathtub was kind of slippery. The rough-ish coating that is usually placed in lieu of rubber mats is worn off(?) or maybe this tub didn’t have any to begin with. Just a heads up. Keyless choose your room, check-in and entry with the Hilton app makes everything super quick and easy. At the time of my stay, the side door wasn’t working with the app or with key cards, but I had no issues with my actual room door. If I’m ever passing through the area in the future, I would stay here again.
First trip since Covid

My husband and I stayed at this location this past Friday and checked out on Monday. Upon arrival, we were treated professionally and room was ready. This was our first time to Greenville and the staff at the different shifts were ready and answered our many questions on the area. Our room was clean and the thermostat was where we could adjust to our comfort. The parking was plentiful and the hotel was clean thruout. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn’s before Covid, and we rate this as one of the best. Will return here in the future!

I was very pleased with everything! Everything was just perfect! Beds were wonderful! The Room was clean! The Employees at the front desk were so nice! Breakfast was good and food was hot! We loved that there were restaurants were close!
Needs New Management

We stopped here early to allow time to do laundry before bedtime. However, there was an out of order sign on the laundry room door. We asked the night clerk Sandra and she said there were no notes in the system about it. She started the washing. machine to see if it worked and it started to fill so we thought it was working and put in a load. Turned out the agitator did not work and no spin cycle to compketely remove water either. Sandra offered to dry clothes in housekeeping dryer but the laundry room dryer worked. She was very helpful through all this. But there is no excuse for management not having washing machine repaired/replaced or briefing staff on situation. In the morning, according to woman in kitchen there were no trays in the breakfast area so I could take food to my room to eat but the desk clerk Alicia was very helpful and found one. However nobody in the kitchen seemed interested in refilling the hot foods like the french toast sticks (hard and overcooked) or the bacon when it ran out. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but bathroom needs towel hook near shower, repair of plaster near shower, and more attention to detail on apoearance of folding/placing towels. Bright spots were Sandra and Alicia.

I have started a new job which requires me to travel. I have now stayed at a Hampton Hotel several times. I fully recommend that you try Hampton Hotels regardless of whether it’s for business or pleasure.
