Just renovated (2021/2022) city hotel. Rooms with pool view are best. Clean rooms and new furniture, small territory with pool. Quiet area, 100 m to Kleopatra beach and promenade. Meals OK for 3 star hotel, WI-FI is priced.

Do not go there

Reviewed 23 november, 2019

We ended up at this hotel purchasing unspacified all included trip. What a miss. The hotel is terrible, the food is disgusting, everything is floating in some liquids, rotten or tastless fruit. We went to some markets, so many wonderful fruit and veggies, where on earth did they get such poor quality greens here? Flies everywhere on the food. Boiled potatoes with peel for breakfast, all sorts of weird ”meat”, the only male grumpy staff looking more like criminals barely spoke English, so they could never explain What we are eating. The staff had dirty clothes, unhelpful, reception guy kept speaking Russian to us for whatever reason. No internet, we purchased wifi and it barely worked. They had a nice young nurse boy but he couldn’t speak English. The music from the bar blasting until late night, so if you want to sleep earlier, good luck. It is a few minutes by the beach and there is massage salon in the basement as the only positive things. The sunbeds always taken, there are only a few and some probably leave towels from early morning. Some shabby water slide for kids.... Everything is just the cheapest and the worst quality, don’t ruin your holiday staying there, there are so many more options!

Hmmmm

Having read reviews I came with an open mind. The rooms were clean the young guys at meal time were lovely but looked knackered. Now we get to the all inclusive, apart from meal time you need to walk steep steps to the hut/ bar to get a small plastic glass of drink. The stairs aren’t lit at night. Now to the food, breakfast is last nights baked potatoes, cauliflower and boiled eggs. I lived on processed polony guessing meat with bread. I am one for trying new food but not here. If you want a decent meal go to al dente just 2 minutes walk on the sea front. All in all it was a second holiday for us so we got what we paid for

cheap and cheerful getaway

+ Room was clean and tidy + All staff friendly and efficient + close to the beach, shops & castle worth a visit - buffet on all inclusive wasn’t great for English cuisine. on the plus side we enjoyed meals out at Al dente restaurant round the corner - if you want to lye by the pool you have to be up and out early as there isn’t many beds for the rooms they have For the small price we paid for this week away we were satisfied :)

Terrible

Wouldn't go back. Cheap. And there is a reason why. 10 guys on a yearly boys holiday. Food is pretty basic. Sometimes it's even warm. The all inclusive 'bar'. Looks nice in the pictures. In reality is just a small hut at the back of the hotel. I would avoid unless you really can't afford any where better. Low even to Turkey standards
