Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in Sep'19. A lot of advantages: great hotel location, its own garage, rest zone on the roof with amazing view, excellent staff work, vouchers for welcome drinks, good breakfast.
Room Rosa blu
The double bed of the room Rosa Blu was super comfortable I slept like a baby,the room was clean,the location is just perfect , few step from the sea.Really good value for the price of the room,good breakfast
Good location
We stayed at the hotel as part of a group. The hotel is well situated 2 minutes from the beaches, promenade and many, many restaurants. If you are staying for a week you will be given discount vouchers for 3 or 4 restaurants which is nice if you decide to use them. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. On arrival you can claim a complimentary drink, via a voucher. The bed was comfortable and the linens good quality. The shower room was clean, plenty of towels, toiletries and a hairdryer, but the shower cubicle was small and the shower-head loose. Always plenty of hot water though. The room was of a good size, though the balcony was small with rather uncomfortable chairs. The safe worked and seemed easy to programme. The rooms are quite well sound-proofed as there is a small “hall” between the outside and bedroom doors. I guess that the higher floors would have the best views as it’s surrounded by buildings. Unfortunately the air conditioning only goes down to 20, which was too warm for me during the night. We did ask how to turn it down more and were met with looks of horror! The breakfasts are great with lots of choices. However it’s advertised as continuing until 11, but after 10 most of it is tidied away so you have to ask for eggs, coffee etc. Reception told us that Rosa is affiliated with 2 other hotels with access to private beaches. One day we were allowed to use the sun loungers but another were not! There is a municipal beach.
Hotel Rosa
Stayed in Hotel Rosa in mid September. Very pleasant hotel to stay in, large enough clean rooms. Big breakfast room. Best of all straight across from the beach but also has a roof top with sun loungers, seats and tables and lovely views. Staff great too
Very comfortable
We had a very pleasant one night stay in this hotel en route from Nice to Genoa. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were good, clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony. The location is good for a walk to the main street next to the beach which is full of restaurants and bars.
