I stayed in the hotel for a week. I had B&B options. overall hotel close to the beach which is a big plus, close to the center and to various bars and restaurants. small hotel, rooms cleaned every day, maid ladies very nice, old man from reception also. The only drawback is breakfast, where you have to walk and ask what you have to give. the only thing you can take and prepare for yourself is bread, bread tongs not disinfected after every person who touched them, so what's the point of serving everything else yourself, since bread tongs are used by 50 other people. people had to go to breakfast at different times, the worst was the 4th floor because they had breakfast last and often when you went to breakfast, there was nothing warm to eat. Once we wanted to take cheese after breakfast and eat it later, we were soaked by the staff that nothing could be taken with us, where on the next day another person was allowed to do so (I'm talking about a young girl who spent breakfast). Generally the hotel is ok, but the service was working for punishment. I propose to invest in disposable gloves and so that everyone can lay down their own food without asking and turning the eyes of the hotel staff.
Good little hotel

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel and it is a nice clean basic 3* hotel in a perfect location for the old town. It was very clean and we were well looked after. Room and bathroom were both of good size with air conditioning. Our room was cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed regularly. Hotel had a rooftop pool with sunbeds and shade, our only downside was no balcony in our room but we were on the 4th floor which had a terrace for our use down the hall. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting luxury, it was well worth the money we paid and as I said in the old town with just a bit of a hill to walk up to get there. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Hotel steals money

We stayed here for 4 nights from the 10th July 2020. We had to change rooms twice. First night because the toilet wouldn't flush. Second night because the Air conditioning was leaking water. Third night we found the toilet wouldnt flush again. We didn't mention it as we didn't want to move rooms again. We just used the communal toilet. The only comment was "these things happen ". Having said that we thought fair enough. The main problem arose when we stupidly left to the airport leaving a purse on the table with 250 of English money in plus cards. We immediately called the hotel and we were told to speak to the manageress in the morning as she would probably have it. I spoke with her and had a conversation in coherent English. She said call back. I did. She then suddenly struggled to speak English and got aggressive. Giving me no doubt she knew all about the purse and money. I then spoke to the evening manager who initially knew nothing about it. He then said I need to speak to day manager again. The point after this drawn out tale is that the managements non co operation left me on no doubt that they stole the purse as it had £250 in. It would have been found if there was no money in.

Outrageous from start of my holiday to the end very unprofessional rude and abrupt. Changed rooms twice within a 3 day break due too toilet not flushing then second room the air con leaked from the ceiling flooding the room then when leaving left a purse with 250 gbp in with driving license and pics which are irreplaceable and they had no communication then couldnt speak english then too top it off ignored our calls as numbers are stored! Beautiful place but shower of faeces of a hotel. Would not recommend if your wanting a chilled laid back relaxed holiday /break and do not have rooms cleaned DIY as these people are not open and honest like most!
