Hotel was nice, good location to university. We did not get a wake up call as we requested. When we appeared for pre arranged shuttle to airport, fellow was surprised but nice enough to take us. Please add grab bars in your bathrooms and showers!

TERRIBLE, DIRTY and RUNDOWN

This place is terrible, DO NOT stay here !!!!! The carpets in the rooms are dirty and full of stains. You will find blood stains and some other type in their bedsheets, towels, curtains...etc. Air conditioner did not work. Poor service, bad management. What else do you need to know ???? DO NOT STAY HERE !

They​ don't​ care​ about​ you, I recommend trying another hotel. I have been trying to reach the manager Benjamin for more than a week. I have called 4xs and I have left him a handwritten note.​ left my email address and my phone number nothing

Bad Management

This place was ok, breakfast was not really up to par compared to other hotels. The management was horrible. The GM Benjamin was ridiculous! Made promises and didn’t deliver. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

Low end hotel with poor service

Hotel is reasonable for its price as long as service is not required. Hotel site states they have a shuttle: when we called for one we were told that shuttle service ends at 5PM and we should arrive on our own. They were not even willing to order a taxi that we pay for. Similar problem on the way back: the staff person was willing, but not able to get a taxi. If you choose by price and drive your own car - then it is probably fine.
