We had a very poor experience here. We checked in the evening of Wednesday November 11th. We were given room 234 and upon entering the room we discovered there was no electricity in the room. At all. So I went down and told the guy working the front desk and he reassigned us to room 236. We entered 236 and discovered in this room the heater didn't work and someone had used the toilet. It had urine in it and a big wad of toilet paper. I went back to the front desk and told the guy and he began arguing with me, all but calling me a liar. He asked if I wanted a refund and I said no, I just wanted a good room. He told me he wouldn't keep moving us from room to room and I told him it wasn't my fault the rooms he gave us were bad. I told him to check the security camera, which he did, and he said the only person going into our room before us was the cleaning lady. Well no kidding. He argued with me some more then refunded my money and told us to leave. This is very poor customer service. All I wanted was a decent room for the night but Motel 6 is Motel 6. We left and found a different motel which was very nice. I invite anyone from Motel 6 management to contact me about this.

My friend was reserving a room there and I was just going to hang out but they wanted my ID. I didn’t have it on me so they wouldn’t let him buy a hotel room.. bad for business... she was not understanding.
Pay the few extra $$$ for a LQ

Cheap, though not good. Have to wait about 5 minutes for the front desk personnel to show up (3 times on this visit). We had a bad remote control, and the room did not have cold water. Front desk does not seem to care. Its cheap, but for around $5 more the service/quality at the local LQs is much better, and you get breakfast.

I mostly stay at Motel 6 on all my vacations. This one by far is my favorite. Inside the lobby and my room it had a fresh and clean scent. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate. This hotel has security which is always a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. We stayed here to be near the balloon fiesta, and wow we got a room facing all the balloons taking off in the morning. The view was spectacular! The only thing I would recommend is to turn on your GPS and dont blink driving down the road or else you will miss it. Its in a small area and the 6 sign needs to be up higher and brighter.
ok for the price

uncomfortable smoke in the air of the hallway some people in the elevator sketchy and some folks in the lobby trying to hold on to their dog and could barely control it. I lost a small cosmetic bag on the premise but no help in finding or locating it
