Las habitaciones tienen un pase, pero el desayuno que ésta incluido y que te cobran, es una pena, no tienen de nada, ni huevos, no mermelada, ni cubiertos, nada de nada, sería mejor que ofreciesen el hotel sin desayuno.

It says a lot about a place when a majority of the reviews are “terrible”. We should have heeded them, but were tired after a very long day and settled for the first place we could find. Big mistake.
The good: The staff are nice. That’s it.
The rest: so I didn’t expect much from this place but my gosh. Drywall falling off in the bathroom, no drain plug, inconsistent heater that was either hot or cold with no in between. Old, dirty and run down.
Breakfast: what a fiasco. Stuff is “made to order”. What? The last thing I wanted to do was talk to a person and was just looking for a boiled egg, fruit and some oatmeal. Nowhere to be found. Instead, they have a stupid little window where you order from a tiny menu of eggs or waffles or pancakes. No healthy options, NONE. At least the coffee machine wasn’t manned.
I wouldn’t stay at this dump again and don’t recommend you do, either. Keep looking and pay a few bucks more elsewhere. Obviously the owners/managers don’t care about their “terrible” ratings, another reason to avoid this place. They don’t care about the property, or you.

We booked a suite for my family for the balloon festival weekend. We arrived to be told that our suite was given away. They offered us 2 seperate rooms as there were no other suites available. Because of their screw up, they expect me to seperate my family?? I have 5 young children and it’s not acceptable for my family to pay for your staff’s incompetence! Because of the balloon festival, there were no other hotels that had available rooms, so we were forced to come home. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager he would contact me on Tuesday, since Monday was a holiday. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I finally emailed their Corporate Offices only to be told that they are refusing to refund our money because we left on our own accord. Had they not screwed up, we wouldn’t have had to leave! I, along with everyone I know, will not be staying at this hotel nor any other Ramada. Stay away! It’s not worth the price as this hotel is filthy and we saw 2 dead cockroaches in the lobby and hallway.

One of the worse places I ever stayed. Would have left if rooms were available at other hotels for our group. This location needs to be closed and destroyed. The rooms were infested with roaches etc., rooms were not made while we were out touring, a/c units were broke, hair dryers didn't work, the breakfast area was a mess. The microwave was filthy. They actual chipped off the eggs from a frozen block, and put them in a serving pan. The rest of the breakfast was just as bad. Lets just say seeing a roach walk across the lobby was the final straw.
Not the cleanest place.

This hotel is old and needs an update, plus some good cleaning. The carpet in our room was so thin and dirty. The toilet seat is as old and needed replaced. The bath towels needed a good soak in bleach or need replacing. The breakfast was so so. I didn’t eat it but other people did. Would not stay here again, unless there was no other place to stay.
