We were on a last minute trip and didn’t have any hotels planned. The stop in Alcoa was decided during the ride. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. No eat-in, but the food was good. And at this location, the coffee was good.
A very nice place

This is a good choice if you want to be close to the airport in Alcoa/Knoxville but don't want to pay for the Hilton. Everything was good except for a couple of minor issues. One was that there was no one at the front desk when I wanted to check out in the morning. Also breakfast was all pre-packaged, individually wrapped food, which didn't taste that great but at least it's safer than a breakfast buffet with no social distancing.
A Few Issues but Very Good Overall

Stayed here a total of 5 nights. First room had some tiny ants that showed up the second night. No biggie except that the guy at the front desk assured us that he would have housekeeping come in and clean and spray, which would have been fine (ants happen!), however, when we returned that evening, no one had been in the room at all and the ants were swarming the food we had on the TV stand still. They put us in a different room which was fine, except that someone had removed the handle from the spicket in the bathtub. This should have been noticed and fixed without us having to say something. Food for the continental basket was very low quality. I work in the food business so I know what they are buying and is is very definitely "cheap"! However, the price was good and the beds were extremely comfortable!
Perfect! The least expensive area hotel for all the basics & all the basic luxuries.

Perfect! The least expensive area hotel for all the basics & all the basic luxuries. Filtered water in the fitness center was a nice touch. Full breakfast with no COVID excuses. Flexibility in reassigning me to a quieter room with the number of beds I needed. Beautiful setting with a little lake in the backyard and hiking and bike trails everywhere.

I would not recommend staying at the Quality Inn. The room was so gross. We felt dirty every time we were in bed. It was very humid and felt so sticky. The blankets felt damp and gross. The breakfast selection was awful. I would never stay at this hotel again.
