Uno de los mejores Holiday Inn de la Cadena

Mucho mejor que otros Inn de la Cadena y definitivamente mejor que su vecino Hilton en que me hospede hace dos semanas, muy recomendable este Holiday Inn, las habitaciónes muy cómodas y confortables, amplia comparado con los Inn normales, claro por ser suites. Lo mejor de este hotel es su piscina cubierta y al aire libre, estarás muy cerca de mall plaza de hecho caminando, la Universidad de Texas muy cerca calculo que a unos 7 kms. Para los que tenemos que ir temprano al Campus, también no te piedas los Allen Premium Outlets a cuatro kmts. Aproximadamente, pasaras cerca del Top Golf Allen, y si tienes tiempo no te pierdas Fly Dallas indoor akydiving mas retirado a unos 16 kms. Vale la pena el desvío .
Good location and quiet

Hotel was very clean comfortable and convenient. Good nights sleep. Front desk should know the exit to take to get to hotel. That was only complaint. But highly recommended property Restaurants within walking distance.
No Keys No Internet

1 star is a gift to them from me because I can't rate them a 0. Currently you can't have a key to your room, apparently their system is down for several weeks. So they have to let you in your room each and every time. Im not sure what regulation that breaks but I'll make it my mission to find out next week. I attempted to leave a side door propped since there is no key for 2 minutes while I picked up my food but the help removed the rock and smiled at me. The reason why I was trying to avoid the main lobby was bc I am in quarantine awaiting test results.
There is no internet and that's going to be down for weeks.
So currently if you stay here you will get no keys or internet. You can book nearby for cheaper and or same price and get those "amenities". This is a black eye to the Holiday Inn Express brand and obviously there are some problems with the owner operator of this hotel.

There's talk the talk, and then there's walk the walk. Given the condition of our room and this facility, we're pretty certain it's just talk. Clear/obvious signs that someone was in a hurry getting this room ready: the sofa was filthy (covered in food crumbs & hair; the fabric had a 4" gash in it); the carpet had not been vacuumed, the bath tile was not swept/mopped. The hanging lamp in the corner was busted/crooked. We actually checked our sheets twice to be sure that they had been changed. In addition, the hall carpet had stains, the eating area near the lobby was not clean, and both stairwells were filthy. All this on a weekend where, according to the desk attendant at check-in, was no where near at capacity.
This has not been our experience at other Holiday Inn Express locations, and we acknowledge/hope that this particular weekend might have been a fluke.
AMBER was amazing and gave exceptional service!!

Amber, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and she definitely made our stay worth it!
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were varying levels of firmness so you could find the right one for you.
Will visit again :)
