Recommendable for your next Almaty stay
I booked a deluxe room and received a room on the 10th floor with a fabulous view over Almaty. The room is spacious and has an enormous ceiling high. The room as well as the entire hotel was spotless and I felt very safe to stay there. In all areas, the hotel team is friendly and accommodating. I like to highlight the Spa on the 1st floor and the RstoBar, located on the 11th floor. The RestoBar offers a large terrace area with an impressive view of the City and the mountains. A place to visit.
Very nice service
Very lovely new hotel, good location, friendly people are working there. I fell in love with your front office worker - Albina. Such a nice woman, wish to see her again. During quarantine they follow all the safty rules which is very good.
New property
This property has been opened recently as the first Hilton in the city. They have some in other cities probably. Clean, new, cosy hotel with well trained staff. Location is in the center but among residences but it is not a big issue.

Very new inside. Amazing SPA area. Excellent service, traditionally nice welcome from Double Tree by Hilton. Very calm atmosphere in a dining room, high quality of food and wide enough choice. Want to be back on the next trip to Almaty.
Fantastic spa!
We had a lovely stay at Hilton Almaty over the Christmas and New year period! The spa and facilities are incredible and the family guest room was large. Thoroughly recommend it for families and access for skiing. The spa after a full day skiing makes it so worth the travel! The reasons we didn't give 5 stars were the breakfast - nothing wrong except no fresh bread and a bit basic compared to the rest of the hotel, the room was hot and the fridges didn't work but we didn't report this. The service was lacking it's hard to pin point why but we've just had better elsewhere (outside of Kazakhstan). All in all we would recommend! The children loved it!
