Nice Place to Stay

Staff were friendly and always available. Room was decent (bathroom/sink area were clean) and the bed was comfortable, plus lots of TV channels to select from. Had trouble with the microwave and the staff change it out right away.
Terrible room for the price.

We paid 400+ for 2 nights. This was a Motel 6 at best. This room was not clean and smelled terrible. The decor is outdated, and the included breakfast was a packaged pastry and coffee. There are much nicer hotels in Klamath Falls for the price. Maybe it was just the room we got, but I wont be back.
Pleasant surprise in Klamath Falls.

Clean room. Excellent motorcycle parking in front of our room. Red Rooster Grill and Pub, adjacent to Days Inn, actually within the inn property, provided very good dinner and breakfast. We will book again when we travel through Klamath Falls.
promise not kept after having a filthy room

This motel was recommended to us, but I would not stay here again. Check-in was easy and pleasant. When we got to the room, I went straight to the bathroom as usual and was extremely grossed out. There was dried urine all over the seat. It looked like someone tried but failed to hover over the seat. I was desperate to use the facilities, so I used a whole bottle of hand sanitizer to clean it up. I lifted the seat to find it much worse. I called the front desk to let them know about the condition of the bathroom, the lady I talked to apologized, said they had a new housekeeper, told me that the manager would be notified and that I would receive a discount on the room. The next day, I spoke to Ashley at the front desk about my refund, she said she would check with the manager. The day after that, when I asked again, Ashley told me that a $50 refund was sent to my card and that I should see it on my next statement. I called several days after returning home and was told that it should show on my account soon. It's been 26 days and no refund yet. We travel a lot for business and we don't require any place fancy, but clean is a must. It wasn't something simple, like finding trash between the bed and the nightstand. This was darn right disgusting. Unfortunately, there were several events in town that weekend and there wasn't any place else to go.
Would have given a a 31/2 if possible

Check in was good with Stephanie and Ashley, and we were given a large, clean King Room with soft white linens, Microwave and Fridge, Coffeemaker, Desk and Chair, vanity outside the bathroom (big plus). Cons - Stool seat was very loose, robe hook broken off, TV remote was difficult to work. Breakfast was so minimal, almost nonexistant. The lobby had white bags set out with 1 small pastry and either an apple or orange. I would not stay there again, until they go back to breakfast.
