Great housekeeping!
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are all very accommodating, very scenic grounds, but I must give a big shout out to Laurie! She went above and beyond cleaning my room. Thank you Laurie!
Had to give a shout out
I want to say the front desk clerk Lynn is amazing. She gave me recommendations for eaterys in the area. Very courteous and informative. She's definitely a keeper so what ever you do please keep her or I might have to go to another hotel. Thanks Lynn for being a great customer service representative like I was.
Excellent Place to stay
It was a pleasure to visit Orlando and stay here on ESA, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff very kind I want to thank Lynn, Neyda, and the other ladies who were very considered with my wife and me during the visit to this nice place. The place is nice and affordable, clean and quiet.
AN AMAZING PLACE
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for everyone who works here. Staff is amazing EVERYONE is friendly helpful and kind to one another there's even a food pantry to feed children and other residents who are in need of food. I want everyone to know that RHONDA, ALANA, RODLYNN, SANDRA, AND BELLA are the Best crew I've ever met. I will always recommend this location to all who want a home away from home. I recently got married and spent my honeymoon here and the ENTIRE STAFF made us feel like family which I am truly grateful for everything. Thank you Extended Stay America for EVERYTHING!!! We will always come back.
Short Warm Stay
I came to see friends for the weekend. I booked this hotel because of the location and the service. The receptionist Bella took the initiative to make sure that I would have everything in my room and she delivered.
