On arrival we had to wait 20 minutes to check in (even though we arrived at the correct time) before entering our obscenely hot room (I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a grow on the top floor). There were 2 tea bags between 4 of us and small stains on the sheets. On returning from an evening eating and drinking on the Canal Belt, I entered the hotel (at around 1am) and saw a mouse scurry across the floor from the reception desk to a hole in the wall. Reception is right next to the dining room (needless to say we ate out for breakfast). For the relatively low price, I wasn’t expecting anything incredible, but this was shocking - won’t be returning.
Extreme bedbugs infestation!! Avoid!!!!

I would like to bring everyone's attention to avoid this *hotel*at all costs, we stayed there on the 18th of February! Staff where nice, but at night I used to wake up itching with blood stains on the bed, and nothing on my girlfriend, I woke up 3 times full of bitemarks then I had enough I knew there was something biting me in the room! Me and my girlfriend checked the room properly for what was biting me in the night and causing me all this itching! And we found the room was an I festation of bedbugs! I told my girlfriend to start packing our stuff while I ran downstairs without a shirt and a frame I pulled off the room full of bedbugs and showed it to reception, he was very shocked and saw me in shock and saw all my bite marks too, he called the manager because the manager was off duty at around 8.30pm, and the receptionist explained to him the situation, the manager offered us free breakfast for the next day, I said is this a joke, your guest has been bitten by bed bugs and my hands are swelling up and you offer me a free breakfast, he couldn't change us the room either because the hotel was fully booked, I requested the money back and they didn't cooperate, they said you can leave if you don't want to stay in that room and we will give you *your money* for the following days you booked to find another hotel. Is this a joke? What kind of guest service is this! This was the worst experience I had in my life in a hotel, and I'm honeslty writing this review 5 days after because I still have bitemarks from them, it's a nightmare!

It is extremly far out of the way. No way near central station. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station which we took. Then it was 20 mins on the train. The rooms are very tight and small. The room was dirty with dust and bits all over the floor. The bathroom smelt of fust and drainage. When we arrived all we could smell walking up to our room was drugs and smoke. The bed was comfy. If your on a budget and don't mind that then it's up your street. It depends on your standards really.

Stayed here for 3 nights, everything was perfect except the black mattress ontop of the actual mattress kept moving during the night but other then that everything else in this hotel was good , would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
