Good location
In fact the location is great. Very close to the beautiful town of Anagni and close to the motorway entrance. We reserved one night before, Mr. Gennaro Pace was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff also very friendly as well as the restaurant staff. A main point is the good restaurant in the hotel, with good and tasty food. Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spotless. Very good free Wi Fi. Private parking
Ideal location for my visit to Anagni
Lovely hotel and great people. The let downs are the noise of the lift, little choice for breakfast & the brightness of the dining room for dinner. I can ordered pasta with tomato & crab, what arrived was pasta, a tomato sauce & part of a shelled crab. My dinner hosts immediately asked for the crab to be removed by the kitchen, what came back was pasta, tomato sauce, crab shells & the tiniest piece of crab meat, it tasty nice but no crab flavour. The antipasta looked delicious but I did not taste it. My room smelled of stale smoke, so a little disappointing.
Superb customer service
We stayed here unplanned after our hire car broke down on the autostrada. Our knowledge of Italian was limited and the breakdown service took us here after 8.00pm at night. The room was perfectly good and far better than we had anticipated. The manager was most helpful and the next day took charge and sorted out the hire company when we seemed to be getting nowhere. Great service and fantastic coffee !
Very good hotel
The hotel is comfortably located very close to the highway entrance, the staff is friendly and nice, the rooms spacious, comfortable and clean, it is just 10 minutes by car from the old town of Anagni. There also is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food at reasonable prices I felt the rooms on the new side just a bit less uncomfortable than the old ones, mostly because they are at the side of the road, so a bit noisy and hot in summer
Nice hotel
Food was really good and the room was nice enough. The staff were very friendly and it was the perfect place for a business trip. The wi fi didn't always stretch to back in the room but overall you cannot have it all considering how reasonable the price is. Would happily recommend.
