More about the hotel
Good for the price
Close enough to walk to the park, breakfast had plenty to offer and the staff was friendly enough. The hotel was in the process of being renovated and you could tell in the room. Had a king suite and it wasn’t fully furnished but it was clean. Bed was ok, but I am definitely used to 5 star hotel beds. Went with my 10 year old so it was more about what would be close to the park without spend 900 a night!

Twice spent 4 days at this hotel within 4 weeks. I found their service excellent, staff very accommodating, general/local manger provided reassurance if anything is needed or to be resolved it would be done in timely manner. Mish,Bre,Fernando,Joey,David,Alex,Federico deserve a bonus.
Overall Really Nice Stay
Our room was clean, and it smelled nice. The beds are comfortable and they had a variety of pillows which was perfect because i usually hate hotel pillows. The housekeeping staff was amazing!!! We actually forgot to put our do not disturb sign on our door one night, and they still didn't knock and wake us up!! I love them for that as my family are not morning people. Its within walking distance from Disneyland which is open late, and its about an hour away from LA with traffic. My only gripe about the room was that the suite had no door dividing the hideaway bed and the bedroom. Our daughter usually sleeps out there and we had no way of blocking our noise from her. And our shower was hard to operate; the nozzle to start the shower head kept getting stuck. But I would stay again.
Free parking, spacious rooms and great staff
We arrived before our check in time which was about 1:45pm. We took a chance and asked if we could check in early the staff accommodated. That was a plus. We reserved a king suite and it was big and spacious. There was a USB port right next to the bed to charge your phones. The television and cable was easy to use. I’ve been to hotels when the cable was either slow or you had to keep going back to guide to change the channel. The bathroom was a pretty decent size. You could easily share the mirrors if needed. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well both nights we stayed. The rooms are pretty quiet , I’m a light sleeper and I never heard a door slam or hear my neighbors talk. Another plus. The hotel had complimentary breakfast. The breakfast are was clean, plenty of plates and forks and the food was good and hot, staff kept replenishing the food when trays were low. Another plus. The pool area was clean, you didn’t see any trash or empty containers laying around. The pool was big and clean. The hot tub was perfect! Much needed after the park, which by the way is a very short walk to Disneyland. Another plus. We had a minor issue, one of the card keys kept deactivating, my sister had to go back down stairs for the second time and the young lady had trouble trying to reactivate the card. I am a Hilton Honors member however they charge a parking fee per day. If I can stay somewhere where there is free parking, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, then that’s for me. We are planning another trip in December and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you David ( GM ) for an exceptional stay. You have a great team.
Great location walking distance to front gate!!
Great stay here in May. Great staff, comfy beds w spacious rooms and nice heated pool. Oh and their breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Love to book last minute for deals from third parties in off season. There is a $20/room resort fee per night. Not sure on resort status but only minor complaint is I’d like to see shaded areas in the pool area. If ya wanna charge a resort fee, put in a cabana or two :) great stay though and Cherine at the front desk was the best!
