The front desk clerk is a very rude, dishonest bully. He made false accusations on me, threatened to call the cops on me and I believe he thought I was a drunk because I am native and treated me with such a bad attitude for no reason, even to the point to where he was mimicking every word I said and every body movement I made.
There’s better places to stay
This just to be Motel 6, they did a bit of remodeling and changed the name. Is bad, I was able to hear the conversation going on next door, hear the person snore and hear the music till 2:30am . Anytime someone open or closes the door, people talking on the hallway. I never seen such a nasty elevator, looks like is never been clean.. specially the door rail. People working there are very nice and friendly. If you want the ice container, coffee maker or anything else that you normally find in the rooms you need to ask the receptionist for it.
Amazing
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the staff was attentive and courteous. Booking the room through a third party (booking.com) caused some confusion at checkout but the hotel management quickly rectified the situation. Their covid-19 measures are excellent and we overall had a great trip. We’ll be staying here again in the future.
No airport shuttle
Pros: friendly check in. Free take away breakfast has choice of 1) frozen waffle or bagel, 2) yogurt or fruit cup, 3) bottle water or juice. Free cookies at check in. Room with mini fridge, microwave. Free WiFi. Comfortable bed. Cons: no more airport shuttle although this is still advertised on their website. Room window faces into a neighboring house’s backyard. Bathroom was dirty with pubic hair. Overall: I would opt to stay somewhere else next time. The lack of shuttle makes it inconvenient. Lack of cleanliness is concerning.
Great Stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. I've stayed at a few La Quintas,and this one is by far the best. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Everyone employee me and my family came in contact with were very polite and helpful. Despite everything going on in the world with COVID our stay was great. My family wanted to stay longer 🙂.Great General Manager and team! We will definitely stay here again in the future.
