Really delicious buffet. Nice staff really helpful with all our needs. Clean spacious rooms. For me bathroom cleanliness is really important and they did not disappoint amazing value for price. We had a jacuzzi inside our room and it was a great time (: the outside pool area looked like a great time for summer, was too cold for us to go in April (; I love a good unlimited breakfast dinner service and they did not disappoint! Great selection of fruit as well.

The location is great, on the sea and the promenade, the service is very kind and polite, everything we asked for and wanted we got with a smile from the staff, the rooms are really clean and the food is really delicious.

A lot of things that went bad but i want to start from the positive things : - position of hotel - the room - the stray cats very cute Now the bad stuff: -the food is terrible, always cold and bad taste. Food good not for italians, for example the fish was cooked and immerged in water. Pasta always over cooked ecc, ecc, ecc... -in theory the restaurant was open until 10pm but we were eating and at 9 pm the staff was already asking us to pay so that we would leave sooner the restaurant. Very rude! -to solve a little problem with the minibar in room we had to ask them three times in three different days to send someone and check it. Very bad communications between the people at reception. -THE WORST THING IS THE ABSENCE OF A REAL NIGHT GUARDIAN. This is because there were "guests" on our floor, that screamed and play music very laud in every hour of the night making it impossible for us to sleep. Nobody came to say anything to them. This is unaccettable for a four star hotel. In the end if they upgrade some things it can become a true 4star. Advice, for the summer add some entertainment.

We was here in low season. It's looks like the hole hotel had overral refresh everything was like new! All the staff was really nice and good service sometimes to good 👍. The food was good but again the staff in the dining room exelent!!! Location next to the beach ⛱️ walking distance (5 minits)to the centre of hersonissos.
