Es uno de los mejores hoteles en donde me he quedado, excelente atención de su personal y super comodo, además de que el desayuno es muy bueno, les recominedo apliamente a todos que se queden en éste hotel.

Everything from my reservation to checkout and breakfast was great. The staff is helpful and accommodating. They checked me in quickly and even had my best western points account on file. I asked for a floor level room as I had just had knee surgery. Everyone was very helpful

This is the right place for any traveler going east or west. This place is clean, has good parking, close to gas and a Wendy's that can fuel the body. Breakfast is a full breakfast that will fill you up with good size rooms, clean hotel, and working amenities. Great place to rest up on trip through the desert.

Edith worked hard to find me a solution to charging my Hybrid overnight and gave me refreshments because of the late hour. The room was very clean and the breakfast had good choices and continually kept refilled .

We were there for 5 days. Our room was only serviced once and that was only because we finally asked. I had to extend my stay in El Paso for 2 extra days because my dad was ill. . I had to move to a different room when i extended it. Found out later that we could have stayed in that room which i requested, but the issue was the employee that morning didn't know how to reassign rooms. We had to pack up and move 2 doors down. The issue with that was the bed in the first room was very comfortable. The bed in the second was not. Two nights of poor sleep.
