We stayed for one night only but quite happy. Very good location, close to carefour supermarket, 20 minute drive to Nice airport. Room was clean and spacious for a budget hotel - more than I expected. The breakfast is also good. Having private parking is a big plus since we rented a car.

At 200 euro I expected better, check in was efficient ,the pool refreshing but that's about it. There's a spare single bed in our room which makes the room very small. My pillow smelt of cigarette smoke, the room and decor is tired with paint peeling from the skirting board. The single lift takes forever!

Small but clean rooms. Basic. Slow but functional wifi. Good location. Tiny elevator. No fridge. Pool is refreshing on hot days. Great place to stay when you're not hanging out at the hotel. Big supermarket 5 min walk away.

I stayed 3 nights with some friends at the beginning of February 2016. Because of Nice carnival, the hotel was more than full. I was surprised, but surprised on a good way. In fact even if the staff was in rush, they were totally helpful. It was my first time in Nice/Antibes and employees gave me lot of good tips. A large plus, many employees speak english, my irish colleagues appreciated it. Rooms were clean and the fact to take breakfast was a huge plus. I am warmly recommend this hotel for business trip due to the good location. Julien

The staff are rude and showed irritation when we cannot understand French. This is a hotel strictly for French speaking guests only and they should be clear on their website. Such a horrible experience
