Budget price sea view
Opinión escrita el 7 de junio de 2017
So often in Japan low price hotels have view only to next building in 30cm - 5m distance. Now we were lucky to have sea view and we saw also nice sunset and several boat running. Room was basic, small and clean. Everything working perfectly. But definitely worth its low price. Parking area next to hotel, but rather limited capacity. Luckily staff was - as also at reception - very helpful. Though mostly not English speaking. Their breakfast is extremely good. Huge combination from different cultures and changing a little every morning. Location is close to main attractions and numerous restaurants and bars nearby.

best hotel for price
Opinión escrita el 29 de octubre de 2016
I did not enjoy Washington at Jeju, Korea a couple of years ago as it was full of Chinese group tourists although it was and is the scene of every hotel on this planet. Washington at Aomori was excellent for its price. It also served decent breakfast. The only problem is the bathroom. It is small. However, every hotel in Japan seems to be required to use the same size bathtub as I cannot find a bigger one in any hotel or ryokan I have stayed in Japan.

A classic when visiting the city
Opinión escrita el 28 de octubre de 2016
I stayed there several times already. It has a good location(in front of the station), a good restaurant and breakfast was rather good as well. The rooms are clean and modernly furnished. Probably one the best hotels of the city.

No choice for non-smoking room and no wi-fi
Opinión escrita el 18 de octubre de 2013
The hotel itself is fine - small but clean and efficient like many business hotels. Though I made the mistake of not reading the fine print that non-smoking/smoking preferences are based upon availability upon arriving, and the wi-fi is a Softbank paid service (LAN is free). Luckily we had a laptop with us but still surprised me because many of the other business hotels we stayed at during our stay had free Wi-Fi. At first I thought staying in a smoking room would be no big deal, we'll be out all day anyway and we'll get used to it, right? But unfortunately, I think the stale cigarette smoke smell did bother me enough to keep me from sleeping well. Except those two things, our stay was fine. The staff are nice enough. After we walked in drenched from a rainstorm, the front desk staff handed us towels to dry off, and when we headed out again, they lent us a strong umbrella. The location is great, down Amenity Street with a cover walkway (so grateful for it during the rain) plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. Don't miss the shrine with koi ponds midway between the hotel and the train station.
