Beautiful rooms. Super comfortable king size bed. The room was laid out well, and the decor was so tasteful and made you feel so comfortable !!! Wonderfully laid out breakfast, and the nicest staff!! Will definitely be returning!!

Stayed here because of vicinity to surgical center. You could almost walk there. They do have a free breakfast. It's basically waffles and hard boiled eggs but it was included. That wasn't shown in the listing. Very clean and modern room. Only problem was the programmable thermostat on the wall in living room had dead batteries, but the one in bedroom worked so not a big deal. Heater has a manual fan option to provide white noise which is important to me.

spent 3 days in columbus and EVERY day the g*d d*mn PUBLIC connection fails to connect to outside line, WIFI status NO INTERNET, and NO prompts for entering the internet in my windows system tray. staff exceptionally rude and confrontationally dismissing the issue. my travels almost always include the need to work. i will never stay here again. NEVER

I really understand that it has been a long year with COVID but it does not give way to walking into a hotel room and see dust everywhere, pillows that smell like sweat, hair in your supposedly freshly made bed, remote controls to the television that do not work, hair dryer that does not work... I can go on and on but this is a few things... The hotel needs to improve drastically. The employee was very friendly and tried helping but it does not make up for all the stuff lacking to the property...

We booked through Travelocity for $97 ($84 plus $13 tax). The hotel charged another $11 for state, city and county tax when we checked out. We paid $24 in taxes on an $84 room!!!! We are frequent travelers and usually when you book through a travel site the taxes are included. Very misleading!
