it was perfect. Great location, even better service. Rooms were very clean and had great views of the city. Larry was extremely nice, and the entire staff always made us feel welcome. They help us with tips about the city and transportation arrangements.

Great location in front of Santa Catalina Monastery and 5 minutes from main square. Clean. Great service. They have a really good restaurant on the first floor which is called 13 monjas and to the other side there is a free rooftop on top of Chicha where you can see the sunset. They prepare breakfast boxes if you have early tours. I am just giving 4 stars because rooms are really loud, walls are paper thin and breakfast could be better. There is no air conditioning in rooms. Other than that it is a great cheap option. Great value.

Great location. Great time. The building is a converted convent and so beautiful. You can tell there’s so much history in the building. We had some free time and spent some downtime at the hotel bar and service was great. We sat in the courtyard and just relaxed. They left you alone and didn’t bother you but was always eager to help. Hotel was nice and clean and they were always wiping or mopping. When we first went into the room we were concerned that there was no AC. But as we quickly learned that night, you do not need it as it gets quite cold. Overall wonderful stay and all staff was so friendly.

The location and staff are perfect, the room very comfortable, and we definetely recommend the place. We stayed in a room somewhat noisy in the mornings (next to a cleaning staff room), and the windows let too much light inside, but the overall experience was great.

Nice hôtel nearby the monastery A little bit noisy and some problems with shower but it was solved at demand Good breakfast Nice and dedicated people at our service We were served at the breakfast by Jaime who was really kind to us We recommend this place !!!!
