Pleasant staff, reasonable breakfast, extremely small room

Everyone was so very pleasant and happy that the smallness of the room we could overlook. However, it was for one night stay for us coming from Marseilles to eat at Atelier, Jean Luc Rabenel's restaurant and hence we had just an overnight back pack. There was no room to put ant reasonable luggage in the room. No chair to sit. Extremely difficult to control the temperature of the room due to its size. The bathroom was comfortably spacious. No idea why hey had to give plastic bottle of water in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. We would have loved to have some fresh fruit. For one night stay it was good but not sure I can recommend it for any longer stay. Great location, close to the train station and middle of town. Good wifi.
Very conveniently located hotel

A very individual hotel, with lots of interesting design features. The linen sheets were lovely, the shower very powerful and the room relaxing. Everything was immaculately clean. It is within easy walking distance of the railway station, ampitheatre and market. The only negative was the restaurant which was not open in January, apart from breakfast/brunch, this was not made clear when booking. A lot of Arles appeared to be closed in January but there were enough restaurants to find somewhere to eat, and most of the historical sites and museums were open, but had few visitors so a great time to see them!
Great service and location

We stayed here in November for a couple of days before we began our river cruise. The people who worked there were lovely and very helpful. We ate dinner there twice, and I was very impressed at the quality of the food. The octopus was very tender, and I think the lemon mousse was one of the best I've ever had. Our room was very cute, with the open concept bath area (toilet was private) with large windows overlooking the mostly pedestrian street. Well worth it.
