We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abracadabra Pousada, and look forward to visiting again! Our room was modern and clean, and offered an amazing view of the ocean. We dined at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was delicious. The staff were very hospitable, especially Ingrid, Joao, Fabio, William, Luan, and Priscila.

We stayed for three nights in a Deluxe room in September of 2021. The view from the veranda of our room was spectacular, and our room, a comfortable, off-white minimalist cubbyhole, was lovely. Our only discomfort came early in the morning of our departure. A couple had checked into the suite above us just the night before, and apparently had resolved to go on an early morning excursion, as the buzzer of their alarm clock awoke us at 6:00 am. Unfortunately, the seemed to have decided against their initial plans, as the alarm clock continued to buzz at regular intervals until 7:30 am. What we came to realize is that the soundproofing between floors is insufficient, as we could hear every footstep, chair scrape, and cough as clearly as if they were in the same room with us. Be sure to book a room without any room above it, if you want peace and quiet. The restaurant also offers a view to die for, and for dinner, the experience is wonderful and world-class. The breakfast was very odd and unremarkable. Lunch was a mixed bag. Our tomato and brie sandwich was very nice, but it came with French Fries, which showed a lack of awareness and sensitivity on the part of the chef and/or the servers. The service is excellent when things go smoothly, however, their reaction to any problem that arises is to react with denial that such a problem could possibly exist. In total, there were some amazing positives, but there were also some negatives that need improvement.

Couldn’t be happier with selecting Pousada Abracadabra as our Buzios destination for 3 nights. If we make it back to Buzios someday this will definitely be the place we stay again. Food is amazing. Even arranged a great 3 hour boat tour for us. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Most beautiful pool and sunset in Buzios

We stayed in Abracadabra for the first time in March! It was so amazing that we had to repeat the experience in April! I suggest getting a room with ocean view! It looks magical! The restaurant, Místico, is the best in Búzios . The sunset by the pool is sooooo beautiful! Nice music and ambiance, perfect service, great location, close to great restaurants! When in Búzios I am sure we will stay again in Abracadabra !

My boyfriend and I stayed at Pousada Abracadabra for a week in March 2021, at the Deluxe Suite. We've both been to many countries and stayed at other 5 star hotels, but I don't think I remember being as pampered as I was at Abracadabra. Special thanks to Luan and Priscilla, who did everything to accommodate to our needs from the moment we arrived. The only drawback from this boutique hotel is that there's no staircase into Orla Bardot, but that wouldn't stop us from coming back in the future. Our room was spotless, spacious. The breakfast was amazing, all the staff was incredibly friendly, well trained, fluent in English. I have nothing but great things to say about Abracadabra. Thank you guys again for an awesome stay! Hope to come back soon.
