Ok hotel
Hotel is up a significant slope from the main tourist area so not super convenient. We were not informed that the room would not be cleaned every day (as happened with all of our other Greek hotels) & had to go and ask reception for clean towels and shower gels. The room is modern enough but with a bit more care this could be a good hotel.
A disappointing experience
Do not recommend this hotel. Although the staff was nice, we were utterly disappointed with the misleading information shared on the booking: no view of the acropolis - neither from the room nor from the rooftop terrace. Moreover, we asked the hotel to book taxis for us to travel across the city, and they suggested a very high price - almost double what you would expect from a regular cab company in Athens. After asking them for more details on why the price the taxi company gave them was so high, they confirmed that they had a deal with this company. This is not the service you would expect from a high standard hotel, and we really felt scammed. Morality: for this price, would recommend other hotels with better view; and if you still decide to book in there, do not ask them to order taxis for you!
Short stay in Athens.
Excellent location. The hotel rooms are clean, with modern- minimalistic decoration. Breakfast was served in your room, nothing bad but a little poor. Hotel staff was exquisite. Always willing to help you with everything you needed.

this hotel could have great potential but unfortunately it is very poorly managed, unfriendly staff, we had a two bedroom suite, the room door didn't close properly we had to wait for the second day to get it fixed, the bathroom door the same, the second day they didn't want to do the cleaning saying we had to notify the day before that we wanted to have the room cleaned. believe me in athens there are many other hotels at a better price
Great Stay at Duke Boutique Suites
Our recent stay at the Duke Boutique Suites was incredible. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, especially since they serve until 11 am! We stayed in the 2 Bedroom suite on the 4th floor which had 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, as well as a livingroom and kitchen. All the staff was extremely kind, welcoming and very helpful. Additionally, the room was very clean. The best thing about the hotel must be its location. We were able to reach everything by foot. It is surrounded by great restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
