Run down. This hotel is not like any other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Rooms were awful and dirty. Stains on the wall

Run down. This hotel is not like any other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Rooms were awful and dirty. Stains on the wall And cords hanging everywhere. Bathroom was disgusting and floor was sticky when walked on.
Loud and dusty

There was no cleaning service done to the room even after requested, the street traffic was so loud that a solid night sleep was out of the question. When finally asking for fresh towels the cleaning staff spoke no English.

From the insects (roaches) to a negligent admin, it wasn’t a good experience and I won’t be going back. He gave me half off for one night, but I stayed two, and both night my fiancée and I had to experience roaches in our bed.
Friendly faces and a good place to stay

I stay at this Hampton Inn when I do not need the extra expense and crowds of a downtown location. The people are great, the beds are soft, the free breakfast is tasty. My only suggestion is to increase the number of rooms with hand held showers!

Clean but noisy. We stayed one night and the sirens and traffic were loud. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would likely stay again because the hotels downtown are too expensive. Clean and affordable.
