Wonderful welcome & stay at the Hotel Clermont

This is my first review. I come to Atlanta 2x a year for work and this was my first time staying at the Hotel Clermont. I had to leave a review because Patrick, the barista, was FANTASTIC. He knew each guest by name and greeted us each morning. It was so welcoming and kind. I have never had that at any other hotel in the city. The hotel is beautifully decorated in art deco and was an incredible value. I'd highly recommend it for the service and location.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The decor provided a very cute retro feel. Friendly hotel staff. Rooftop bar was nice. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
Get Up And Go Girls

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were first greeting by Cory Friday night when we arrived at valet. He made sure we were checked in and ready for a great experience! At the front desk we were greeted with a champagne toast. Our room was chic and spacious for 3 ladies. We enjoyed the roof top bar and the downstairs dinning with cocktails. The small coffee shop had great vegan snack options and adorable cocktail sips to take on the go. The hotel is located in a nice area close to shopping as well. We will definitely let family and friends know about this super cute boutique hotel and top notch service.
NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE

Hotel was lacking in overall accessibility due to guest elevator that could not handle my ADA compliant wheelchair, and hotel did not feature an "accessible" bathroom with a roll-in shower. Hotel staff was somewhat less than sympathetic and offered to chaperone us to our room anytime we needed to enter, by escorting us through "resident" elevators which were newer and actually functioned for the purpose of moving my wheelchair to the 2nd floor. It was a notably less than stellar experience.

Nice little hotel close to shopping area and easy access to the Beltway. Lovely staff and amenities. Only problem was the darkness inside the hotel. The room facilities would be better with a kettle rather than a machine. I would recommend this hotel
