It is an okay property. No frills really. Room seemed clean. Nice sized room. Bathroom was clean. Cheap room. Didn't do the complimentary breakfast, so not sure what it had. Staff was pleasant. Seem to follow Covid precautions.
Friendly, helpful staff

The staff was very helpful and did all they could to accommodate our needs. Being senior citizens with mobility issues but not considered handicapped, it is sometimes difficult to be comfortable while traveling. The lady who took our reservations was friendly and understanding and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We were happy that she could arrange the same room for us on our return trip. The room was clean, quiet, and inexpensive. Nothing fancy, but all we needed for an overnight.
Great for what it is

This was an over night stop on a road trip. I was looking for a place to spend the night and rest after a day of driving. This fit the bill nicely. It was inexpensive, conveniently located right at the I 90 interchange, easy off, easy on. I was concerned when I checked in because the hallways smelled like stale smoke but there was absolutely no odor in the room. The room was large, clean and quiet, with a queen size bed, cable TV and internet. There was supposed to be continental breakfast, but due to Covid 19 restrictions they had grab to go bags which you could sign up for. After 8 1/2 hours on the road, when I checked in I asked if there was anyplace nearby where I could walk. The clerk told me about a bike path with a trailhead about a mile south of the motel. I found it easily and it was a well maintained wide paved path with several bikers and walkers using it. There may be a closer access to the motel because I walked from the Austinburg City Hall to I 90 and back; there was a bridge over I 90 so you may be able to pick up the path close to the motel. If you are looking for a place with frills and bells and whistles, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive stopover, you can't beat this place.
Good for overnight stop.

The lady at check in was great, the kind of person you really enjoy visiting with. We got a decent room but just "an OK" rate - everything in the area is inflated. Older style motel with both interior and exterior doors on first floor, which is what we got. I'll put this property on my "stop at" list for this area.

The lobby smelled. The person behind the counter could have cared less that they never received my reservation for Christmas Eve. I turned around and walked out. Glad it didn’t work out with this place because a 1/4 mile down the road was another place, well lit and clean and the staff there was professional. The rooms were clean and very nice. Finding the second place saved our Christmas Eve. From now on, when traveling, I will look for another place (same name, same chain) to stay in. They’ve got my business hands down. The first place - not so much. I’m thankful that this first place never found my reservation.
