A small hotel (formally Campanile) now under the Kyriad brand. All rooms have been recently decorated in an individual style – we stayed in one with a jungle theme which was spotlessly clean. Very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful reception. Although out-of town with plenty of free parking, it's only a short walk from the tram terminus and buses so really no need for a car, either to reach the hotel or visit Avignon. There is a restaurant on site, but during the time we stayed the menu was limited to a range of pizzas, all the same there is a good choice of alternative eating places close by. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for a stay. One extra which you will discover if you walk to the tram on a Sunday is the wonderful market, with a good range of north African stalls. This stretches the whole length of the road leading to the tram; no secret but probably not in the tourist brochures.

The location of this motel is great if you are driving. They provide very secure parking and the location offers easy access to the major highways. It is not fancy but very clean and quiet. The manager spoke perfect English and went out of his way to be helpful. The other staff also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only down side was that it was difficult to get to the center of town. There was a lot of construction going on and founding parking was a challenge. Normally we like to walk but it was a bit too far & the route went along a busy commercial area. We ended up taking a taxi cab into town.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Suffering from a pelvic imbalance, they offered me to carry my luggage up to my room. My room was spanking clean and cosy with all amenities included.

The worst hotel of my life

My dream of seeing Avignon was ruined by this hotel. This is not a hotel its a bad motel with no air conditioning, no wi=fi and a moron named Antonio at the front desk who refuses to speak any language but french. Between my husband and me we speak about six languages, German, Spanish, English, Italian etc. He would not help us to get a bus. This dump is in a bad section of Avignon so we could not go to center becouse you can not find parking and we could not get a bus, lucky we found a steakhouse across in the Ibis hotel. The next morning we left. I blame Booking.com for even giving this dump stars, I will no longer use them giving this dump 3 stars. Buyers beware Booking.com does not check the hotels ever.
