The dirtiest place I have stayed in.

First thing I saw was somebody's bunch of hair and lots of dirt on the floor... They have kitchen, but all the silverware was sitting dirty in the dishwasher, so I had to wash it by hands to have my breakfast. The things around are fixed with prices of napkins. The wardrobe door is broken. The hairdryer is broken.

Beds were comfortable but A/C not good. Front desk Christina was amazing!! She actually put my laundry in the dryer while I was at dinner. Thanks Christina! Laundry room was nice. Cleaning lady, Shirlene, I think, was very friendly. All very respectful of Covid precautions.

This hotel was full of mice running around in the hallways, in the rooms, just about everywhere you looked. Mouse droppings everywhere. You can complain all you want. The staff will not let you because as soon as you complain, the desk clerk will just call the police and you will be evicted from the hotel even though your entire stay was prepaid in advance. The police will give you the option of leaving the hotel in the middle of the night with your family and all belongings or arrest you for creating a disturbance. If you leave, you will not get a refund at all from the management because they will say you left on your own accordance. So they will call the police because you complained and then when you leave they will say you left on your own free will. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. You may not believe what you read in this comment so please look at some other comments.

As a frequent Candlewood guest, I expect clean room and prompt service when I check in. I do not expect any amenities or cleaning during my stay. However, upon my arrival, friends of the front desk person were staying in the room I was supposed to have. After she got them out, she put on new sheets, but the room was not cleaned. I was willing to let this go, but I received numerous unauthorized charges from the "hotel" room I had prepaid for. Scam operation. Stay away if you can.
Mouse-Infested Property - AVOID

I've stayed at this property a half dozen or so times due to my ability to purchase points packages through the hotel's reward program. As you can see from the pictures, it's a hotel that does not take pride on cleanliness or the quality of its furnishings. On two different occasions, I've had ripped chairs, and when I complained about a clogged shower drain, I came home to wads of hair in my toilet. My last visit, where I checked out without spending the night, came when I found a mousetrap in my room. Management admitted they have a mouse problem, but, of course, didn't notify guests as they checked in. So you walk into your room, and find mouse droppings and mousetraps. And you're supposed to stay there?!?! Their rate may make you think it's worth it. AVOID and find another property.
