The best of the best!!
Had the best time with my daughter at spessart hotel, René and his wife Anna are kind and warm people who even brought us breakfast in bed!! Room was very very very clean and huge, and balkon was a bol of fresh air. Can only recommend this hotel.
Inexpensive and fine
The hotel is inexpensive so please do not expect the Hilton and although the hotel still has a lot of 1970's type decor in the rooms it was still clean and just fine for our one night stay. We arrived by bike and like other cyclists were able to store our bikes in the Garage for free. The Breakfast is 10 euros a person but the quality and choice are good for this price and we thought it was worth it, the product labels we saw were good brand names and not the cheap supermarket no-names! For one night this hotel is fine, if I stayed in Bad Orb again I would stay here but probably ask for a room form the 80's onwards :-)
Great location, friendly staff, value for money
Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Best of all it is very close to the beautiful spa and the lovely town. What's there not to like? We stayed 2 nights in an appartment with a beautiful big balcony and enjoyed a good sleep. The accommodation was very clean, big bed and good sized bathroom. The kitchenette was well equipped. If you run out of coffee the special coffees at the bar were free all day. Thanks, nice stay.
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren zum Besuch der Toskana Therme in Bad Orb. Das Hotel Spessart liegt nah dran, nur wenige Schritte zu Fuß. Unser Appartment war direkt am Kurapark mit schönem Ausblick. Am Morgen war ein herrliches Früstückbuffet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Top Personal & Top Preise.
Indiskutabel
Dieses "Hotel" ist vollkommen amateurhaft geführt, von Personen, die von Hotellerie nicht die Spur einer Ahnung haben und offenbar auch kein Interesse. Statt sich um Gäste zu kümmern, sind die 2, 3 Leute Personal überwiegend mit ihren Smartphones, Filmen und Privatunerhaltung befasst. Zimmer: ungepflegt und nicht sauber. Schimmelspuren im nicht beheizten Bad, Schimmelgeruch auch in der (nicht gereinigten) Toilette. Mehrere größere Käfer hielten sich als weitere Gäste im Zimmer auf. Frühstück wurde mit 12.50 € extra berechnet, obwohl inklusive gebucht war. Aus unerfindlichen Gründen bekam man fürs Frühstück Plastikmarken, die man indessen nirgends abgeben konnte, weil niemand sie wollte oder Sie bereits wieder vergessen hatte. Das Frühstück selber ging, Motto alles vom Discounter, auch die aufgewärmten Brötchen. Beim Auschecken war erneut niemand an der Rezeption. Einziger Vorteil dessen war, daß man schneller von diesem Ort flüchten konnte. Fazit: bitte nicht noch einmal.
