Everything was perfect at this hotel! There is also a laundry shop right besides it which is great if you arrived with tons of clothes to wash and dry. Highly recommend if you plan to visit Baden-Baden!
Good old-fashioned charm

Lovely little family-run hotel. Centrally located, cosy room, friendly staff, it felt like home. I particularly liked the afternoon tea, with good homemade cakes. I definitely recommend this hotel if you like small homes with history and charm.

This hotel was just lovely. The service was extraordinary. The room was very large and decorated beautifully. Close to the old town and the thermal baths. We can't say enough nice things about the staff and the service. The hotel wall are adorned with pictures from the classic story.

I stayed for one night - a “mom’s first solo night away”. Let me first say that my husband found this for me bc of my love for the book & thought it would be cute. It ended up exceeding all expectations. Also, my German is minimal and for once I did not feel ashamed asking to switch to English. Seems small but is a big relief. The hotel was incredibly beautiful with so many little details. The staff were superb and professional. I initially was put in a room that did not match what i booked, and it was immediately remedied (and upgraded!) with no questions asked. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to many of the city’s attractions. I urge you to eat dinner in the restaurant, because it was delicious and elegant. I had pesto crusted lamb. The buffet breakfast was also quite generous. I was treated like royalty by every single employee and I would absolutely return. I’ll be recommending to everyone. Side note: it was a little noisy at times but there is currently construction nearby, rerouting traffic. Closing rolladens at night completely solved the noise, and it was no more noisy than a bustling city center would be. Parking is located just down the street for an overnight fee but I believe they will valet as well. The parking lot is monitored and locked.
Lovely hotel with amazingly friendly staff

Last minute pit stop on a drive back from Venice to NL, we found this hotel via online reviews and were not disappointed. It has a charming old-world feel to it, and extraordinary kind and helpful staff. Our family suite was a very pretty corner 2-rooms with the kids in the sitting room and 2 bathrooms - good value for money. Breakfast (included in the room rate) was excellent. My son enjoyed the pool table immensely. Unfortunately we didn't get to check out the restaurant as they were fully booked (a very good sign of course!)
